I'm trying to get the latest Vodacom World brochure and possibly buy a Samsung tablet that I believe is on special. It's mid June but the one online is for May until 6 June. I called Vodacom World and the voice recording says to go to [URL Removed] but that re-directs to [URL Removed]
I then spoke to a consultant at Vodacom World, they said to call customer care 082 111, and they can mail the latest one to me. Customer care asked me to call Sales on 082 1950, so I did. But then sales asked me to call Vodacom World, I give up! Obviously nobody at Vodacom knows what they're doing!
I wonder how much in sales Vodacom loses because people are fed up with on the other end of the line?
