False advertising of contracts / deals

Vodacom World Flyer for offers from 07/10 - 6/11 P9 - deal available at Metro for a Samsung Tab 3 with MyGig2 for R249. This flyer was in both the Midrand and the Centurion local newspaper and I visited the store in person eager to sign a new contract, only to be told that they do not have stock of the Tab and that the deal advertised was incorrect when I picked up the flyer in store, showed them the deal and asked if I can pre-order and collect. They blamed the printers of the flyers and didn't want to help me. According to the store there is a disclaimer in the fine printing of the flyer, which I haven't found yet, so they cannot be held responsible and cannot offer me the deal advertised. What aggravates me more is that they told me that it should have been a MyGig1 and not MyGig2 "printing mistake" but below the advertised price is the breakdown of the cost as R150pm for tablet and R99pm for subscription. Subscription for MyGig2 is correct as MyGig1 is only R69pm so they! I wonder how many other people they fool with false advertising and how many of the deals in the flyer has "printing mistakes"? Someone should be held responsible. I want the deal as advertised.
