Hi,
I've logged request for the last 4 months, that I am not receiving my E-Billing Statements.
I have sent mails to customer care & ebills at cell c, and have had no feedback. It is as if my requests are being ignored.
Since the inception of my contract I have not once received the automated statement, I had to call in every time for someone to send me the statement. On every call the agent will always tell me my details have been updated and confirmed and that I will receive my emailed statements from now on.
