I have bought 100MB of data on the 20-11-2013 and it was showing 0MB when i check my balance using the *111#.So i bought 100MB again and until toady it still show me 0MB but i know i have data because i was told when i check with the call center if my account had Data, they told me i had 200MB but the problem is i can not see how much i am left with. The *111# service, vodacom app on my phone still shows me 0MB.Could someone please let us know what is happening with this service because even the call center couldnt access the data account and had to check with the Data department.
