I have take two blackberry contracts with Vodacom in December 2013. BIG MISTAKE!! Both these contracts are supposed to have BIS on a monthly basis but NO, only one get's BIS. I have called Vodacom several times they told me the other contract was incorrectly loaded I must call Metro and fix the problem with them. I did call Metro also a several times they assured me the error has been corrected. Till today the BIS is not active. When I call Metro they refer to Vodacom. When I call Vodacom they refer me to Metro. In a meantime I am paying for a service that I don't receive. # Frustrated Custome
