Vodacom - Bad Service

A on Wedneday i went n to one of the vodacom stores to ask how i would go about cancelling my contract. I was assisted by a trainee (i think as he didnt know to much) which i have no problem with, however he could not answer me and had to go find out from someone else but the store was extremely busy and whoever he was asking didnt seem interested in helping him at all, so i said to leave it as i would go to the other vodacom 4u store in the mall. When i got there i was glanced at with no interest at all - this is not very welcoming (i have worked in the customer services and hospitality industry so i know very well what im talking about) She didnt even great me and just waited for what i wanted. I again asked what the procedure would be to cancel my contract she just said to call this number and showed no interest what so ever and when i asked why they couldnt do it in the store i got a very sarcastic reply that only the customer care line can do. The service is appauling. Upon calling the cancellation dept. they were slightly more helpful but dont care much. Im not impressed at all.
