Sunday 3.11.2013 we received an sms to say that our line has been upgraded we then phoned 082 1959 regarding the upgrade, we have never requested an upgrade and have found out via Vodacom Shop Brooklyn that the application was done online, WE NEVER DID THIS, we have since handed everything in at Vodacom Shop Brooklyn who have notified the department and HEAD OFFICE, it has been three weeks now and nothing has been done. The Month is now coming to an end and the amount due on the account is R600 more than it should be, this should have been reversed as it is not us the customers fault, we have spent hours calling call centers and nobody can help, we need this attended to ASAP as this is unacceptable please can somebody get back to us.
