Three weeks of trail and error/ false pretense

After a phone call from Elite mobile to upgrade my Samsung 10.1 Tablet to 2 gig... for a reasonable price I agreed as I was assured that they are also Vodacom. At the Vodacom shop they are not recognized and is seen as customers who would want to upgrade. I upgrade always at local Vodocom shop and upgrade my tablet... but due to this phone call I cannot upgrade my tablet at all without taking a new contract. All I want is this have this telephonic contract revoked so that I may renew my contract with Vodacom as before. But up to this day 3 weeks later I have been told by 3 O'clock in the afternoon I will be informed what the out come is... But I AM STILL WAITING... and when I phone in I HEAR THE SAME STORY... total rotten service... and in my opinion!!
