MTN acknowledged receipt of my report two weeks ago. However, up till now, have had no further feedback in connection with my phone. Phone has been booked in since 29/11/2012 - nearly 2 months now. Amazingly, received a call today from some MTN call centre wanting to know if I am happy with my contract?? Really puzzling... the lack of communication, lack of responding to a query / complaint and creating a solution, ignoring a client who has been with them for many years and has a number of lines with them... surely, this is not acceptable in our economic times?
