I have had many bad experiences with telkom in my life. from bad service to bad customer etiquette. But Recently I was helped by someone in the Fourways branch who did all she could to assist me with my queries, she was always friendly, she was competent, and did whatever she could in order to help speed up the process of my application. she displayed enthusiasm and was very informative about how the process works so that I fully understood what was going on at any given time.
Usually going to telkom for something is a tedious process that takes ages and gets on one's nerves, but working with Taurai made me think differently about service. At least for this branch. I would definitely recommend asking for her whenever dealing with the fourways branch.
