Worst customer service eve

We have internet via telkom which is being used for a home business. yesterday 10 February 2013 on a bright and sunny day the power supply to the modem blew. My wife went to the fourways crossing branch to get assistance and she recieved the worst customer service ever. Lesego which works at reception said that the power supply was hit by lightning, however yesterday was a bright and sunny day. Lesego continued to call her a and just left her standing there getting the security to come and talk to her and ask her to leave. I mean really now, i pay for a service however telkom has none.

One of the other workers, unfortunatly i don't have his name, assisted my wife.

Why is it that one consultant can be friendly but the face of the company, reception is as rude as possible.
