The process of cancelling Telkom landline and ADSL line is just a night mare.
at the store in Fourways the stuff is unhelpful. They just said we don't cancel lines here. Branch Manager Mario Osigi was absent in the middle of the day.
Phoned business support line and got email address to send my cancellation. Application has been sent on 28th of February. No any confirmation from recepient followed.
Phoned Business customer support again and was transferred to cancellation department where I was wating for 30 minutes without anyone to answer the call.
