Well Done Usha Sewpersad of Telkom Shelly Beach

On the 1st June 2013 I called into the Shelly Beach Branch of Telkom to speak to someone icw a new broadband service with Telkom. Usha was behind the counter. She patiently explained all the various options to me, waited for me to chat to my son for his advice, and then signed me up for the perfect package for me. During all this time she was extremely friendly and it was the most painless process to change from my previous service provider to Telkom. In all the process took about 45 minutes to sort out. Since then in all my dealings with Telkom in setting up the service on my computer to sorting out the change over from my old email address to the new Telkom address and even to a sort break in the service here in Port Edward where I live I have had the most incredible, friendly and helpful service from Telkom. Thank you Telkom for making the change over so very easy and painless. I am extremely glad that I made the change.
