Why do I have to call a call center when I'm standing in your shop?? Surely someone can assist me in store?? Well without a surprise the guys at Telkom Fourways failed miserably at helping a client out! this is not the first time and I'm sure it wont be the last! they're completely useless at the Fourways Crossing branch and their attitudes definitely need some adjusting! Why even have the store if I have to phone a call center every time for a query or address my complaints via online?? REALLY just close the store then and save me time to not stand in the Que over and over again!
