On the 19th Nov i received a wrong amount on my monthly bill. I phoned on the 20th and complained. I received a Ref. no and was told it would take two days to rectify. So far nothing has been done. I have phoned them since then about 5 times, and have received a further 5 ref, numbers. The complain has been logged, but no response from the acc. department. Its month end and now they are about to cut my internet.
