As we currently moved to the Fourways area I logged an on-line application to move our Telkom line from the old house to the new house, we moved beginning of June, it is now the middle of July and all I have received are smses that says there are technical restraints and I just have to be patient and wait.
I have phoned the Telkom call center three times and personally went into the Fourways branch, not once was anyone I called or spoke to the tiniest bit of helpful. All they did was give me the run-around. In fact the lady that I spoke to at the Fourways crossing branch was so rude, she gave me attitude the whole time I spoke to her. She gave me a number to call and when I told her I couldn't get through and seeing that I came into the branch couldn't she assist me, she actually had the nerve to tell me that I've only tried calling five times I must just continue trying. I was also to straight to my face because she also told me there are no lines in the area but my place already has a line sockets, when i told her this is just gave me another story.
At the end of all the drama nothing is resolved I'm still paying for a service I don't have and left to wait
