When my ADSL unreliability became unbearable I found Telkom Mobile's LTE deal at the Centurion Mall branch, all the staff in the store are very helpful and friendly, especially Emmanuel, who let me use his computer to send an email to their engineers. My enquiry got picked up by Bonwell, who came out to see me after hours on two occasions and speedily took me through the process. On collecting my device Emmanuel accompanied me right across the mall from the Telkom store to the 8ta store where another friendly agent took care of me.
And while my ADSL never worked properly and I have no LTE signal at home, dealing with Bonwell and Emmanuel could not have been a more pleasant experience.
Bonwell continues to provide support to me via SMS, whenever I need it.
