We are moving house and went to a telkom branch to arrange the necessary in order to move the line to the new address. It has been nearly two weeks and they have not responded or contacted us regarding the process. I am currently holding on for the Customer Service for 25 minutes... how is this service? Why is nobody getting back to us to confirm the process? How are we supposed to arrange access to the property when we don't even know what is going on? Oh look... 27 minutes and they cut me off!!! Thank you Telkom!!
