Make sure you ask what a premature upgrade implies

Because what the consultant won't tell you is that a new two year contract will automatically added, at the end of your current contract. Which could easily lock you into a much longer contract that you anticipated.
I was never told that the new contract wouldn't start from the date of the upgrade, but only from the end of the current contract.
So I now have a contract that's virtually a year longer than intended.
I'd appreciate if this was made clear - because clearly a contract needs both parties' informed consent.
