Vodacom is the one company that I cant understand . they phone u and tell u that u can get an new contract with them, but if u ask to upgrade the current contract then u have a bad credit profile. if ask why do u have a bad profile then they cant give u a straight answer and the problem is passed to the next department to solve and then lastly they log a serve call and then nothing happens no sms to say the call is logged and no call to solved the problem. I would like to know why can I get a new contract from Vodacom but I can upgrade my current contract. I have 3 contracts at Vodacom the longest one is a high value profile the other 2 is medium profiles. every 2nd year it is the same issues with Vodacom . the previous year they cancelled the contracts by mistake. I just would like to know what the reason is why cant I upgrade my talk 130 to a talk250 and add the handset of my choice on my monthly bill
