Vodacom changed my contract

In January 2013, I went in to the Westgate branch to apply for a premature upgrade as I have done this every 13 Months (I spend roughly R3500 per month on 3 contracts) The lady contacted the head office and they confirmed that I will be able to upgrade in March 2013. I went back to westgate on 28 February 2013 to upgrade only to find out that they made a mistake and I can only upgrade next year, to my surprise they explained to me that when you do a premature upgrade, the time remaining on your existing contract is added to your new contract (Note: this was never explained to me in the past). Now I am stuck with Vodacom. And this wasn't even the problem, I phoned the head office again on 28 February 2013 to find out why this wasn't explained to me and to confirm the dates I can terminate all my contracts with Vodacom as this is only 1 of the many issues I have with them.. On 28 February 13 I received a sms from them congratulating me for migrating to a Talk 240 iPhone contract (Note: I have a Blackberry and was on a Talk 500 contract), this was done without my permission and consent, I believe this is a breach of contract and I wish to terminate all 3 Contracts I have with them
