Biggest dissopointment

After thinking I really had done my homework I found a package with Nashua Mobile that they assured me was perfect for the CEO of my company. After looking at his last 12 months report and they offered in their words "a VIP package", we signed a package being assured that he would never go over the allotted amount of data/minutes. Only 2 months later and this has this turned out to be a nightmare package, not only has the CEO been charged 3 times the amount of the package but he is being billed for data at an extremely high rate and other item's we didn't even agree to have. No one at entry level is willing to help and all I get in response is "I don't think you understand", I understand alright that Nashua has the worst service and highest data/call rates with the I cant help attitude.
