Onesided change of contract details

Nashua decide to stop their xtreme data service. Now they force you under the banner "data getting cheaper" to now make use of a "new" data package that will cost me R149 a month extra wich will be cheaper than my current data package. Now the problem is that my current xtreme data package is free for the duration of my current contract. Why do I have to pay for data that is already part of my current contract for free. After nine unanswered emails I want everybody to know the incompetent manner Nashua is handling difficult questions. Also made a call to their "call centre" which put me on hold for 10 minutes after me asking the same question. Terminate the call because waiting for the lady to come back is running up my cellphone bill. Nashua contract so go figure. Who is now going to refund me for the call centre's incompetence.
