I upraded my iphone contract in February this year and Nashua sold me a Cell C contract (I was previously with Vodacom) with great rates but they failed to tell me that when you are rosming on the Vodacom network you don't have any data - so no internet no emails. I even phoned the call centre to make sure of this and the guy told me that there was no suvh problem - you get full roaming!! I also upgraded my MTN data package at the same time - opted for a new wireless Huwei modem. Tried it on my mac but didn't work. Took it back to Nashua who booked it in for repairs - got it back and it is still not working!!! Apart from this problem - my data contract only took effect in May! I have been overpaying for my data contract for several months! Worst is that I got at least 3 phone calls a week from Nashua upgrades to 'upgrade' my data package and everytime I had to explain that it was upgraded and that they need to rectify it on their system. I slent a whole afternoon on the phone a little while ago to get all these sorted - spoke to Stephanie in Bloem who told me she would investige and never heard anything back. Also nothing from Ilana Padoan who upgraded me! I need compensation!
