Absolutely Pathetic Service

I have recently upgraded my contract to a Samsung Galaxy S4. The package that i have chosen was the cell c Straight up 100 where its states that I should receive 100mins, 100sms, 100mb data and an additional 900mb of data. I have only received 100mb data!! The only reason i have taken this package was coz of the data! I called Nashua mobile last week and a lady said the 900mb wasn't loaded and she sent through a request to load it. I called Nashua again now and this still hasn't been loaded and the guy tells me he cant help me, i need to go to the store that which did the upgrade coz the store didn't add that 900mb to my package. firstly the guy in the Sandton City Branch didn't register my sim card, it took 3-4 days for my sim card to be activated! after calling them twice this was finally done. Secondly he hasn't added my additional data to my package! If this doesn't get sorted out then I would like to cancel this contract. I have sent an email to Nashua and I still haven't received a reply or a call from them
