I have recently upgraded my cellphone contract with Nashua mobile to a Smart M Package which includes 300 MB, 300 SMS and 120 airtime. I've only sent less than 20 sms's and I got a message when I tried to send an sms that I will be billled for it. I phoned the call centre to verify my package and only to be told that I'm on the Smart M package consisting of 200 MB, 120 Airtime and 120 SMS, then the lady put me hold for 20 minutes to verify when I told her I did not agree to that package, she came back and confirmed that my package is 300MB, 300SMS and 120 airtme. I phoned again after few hours later and spoke to another consultant by the name of Boitumelo and she told me I'm on a totally different Smart M package from what the other consultant told me.

So two different consultants gave me two different Smart M packages that Im on. When I took the contract I chose and it was confirmed that my Smart M package consists of 300 SMS, 300 MB and 120 airtime.

Their website verifies the package I chose as well, Vodacom Smart M, which comprises of 120min, 300 sms and 300MB data per month.

I have been with nashua mobile for a few years and the service Im getting it just so dissapointing
