On 25 November I requested information from a Nashua Mobile employee on my account changes and the high data charges.
I asked to know why my package changed mid-year, from Talk 120S to Talk 240 24months? This started in July 2013 and I mentioned that I noticed my bill had become extra ordinarily high esp. didn't understand how I am charged data fees yet I'm on BIS/BES?
On the 27th I received a response stating "Apologies on the late reply, I have logged it with our network department to investigate why your billing data & will advise urgently".
I then called after some time when I hadn't received info and was informed that it could be that downloading stuff and I vehemently disagreed and was told they would get back to me. Until now, nothing as yet!
I still don't know why my contract package changed, with 4months to go before my upgrade!
I'm charged huge amounts of data costs.
I was due for upgrade in November but cant until this is sorted out!
