I upgraded my contract from a Blackerry to a Samsung S4, the contract included 1 GIG data and I was told in store that I would get the data pro rata as I upgraded on the 16th may.
This did not happen, at the end of May I paid R1451.84 for data and airtime, in June I paid R657.20 in data, and for August I will pay R589.82 in data. I queried the amounts and was told that the data package had not been activated.
Now I am told that I will be refunded only from the June invoice because the package was only active from the 01 May. Nashua Mobile why would I agree to take a contract that has no benefit from inception? Why would you say one thing in store and another 3 months later?
I feel duped, robbed and misinformed. I really wish I had never used this company.
