I recently upgraded to the Blackberry Z10. Awesome phone - but what use is an awesome phone if the whole camera function is not working? I can view photo's but can't take any or view/take video recordings. I received awesome service from the Clearwater Mall Vodashop and they assisted me to give my phone in as an OBF because it was in the 1st week after I got my phone. I went to get my phone on Tuesday. According to the report received from the repair centre, there is nothing wrong with my phone. The technician at the store assured me that I must just go home and do the software update whereafter my camera will work.
I went home just to find out there is no update to be done. My camera is still not working. Now, when I phone this store again yesterday, their only answer was for me to bring in my phone again to be sent away AGAIN. What... Will the repair centre find something to fix this time? I've had it with this transaction!!! What is my rights? I took my phone back in the allowed time to be fixed. Now, after almost a month I can still not use my brand new phone. I really try to stay calm but I need to have a working phone. Will someone contact me???..
