I have been given a dud phone twice!!! What is wrong with this place!!!
First galaxy s4 was returned with a camera failure within 4 days. MTN replaced it after a HUGE fight with a new phone... NOW!!! the second phone went in for repairs ALSO of a camera failure!!! Camera was replaced. Got the phone and sent it back immediately, because something is loose on the inside... 1 week later the phones operating system gives problems. Now it is given back AGAIN!!! I INSIST on a new phone, this phone is a dud and I tired of fighting with the unproffesional staff at the shop, they are arrogant and ill mannered... How hard is it. to Admit that the phone will NEVER be fixed...
MTN CANNOT KEEP REPAIRING A PHONE THAT IS NOT GETTING FIXED!!!
I have said this before!!! and I am saying this for the last time... I have moved from Bad to worse! Ported Vodacom to MTN... I am a very unsatisfied customer.
IF any one has any dignity!!! PLEASE I want a proper working phone!!!
