I went into the VodaCare shop in Fourways Mall to repair my Blackberry Bold 9900.
The problem was that the camera did not work on the phone.
So they took the phone in and gave me my job number.
The service was excellent; the phone was ready in no time.
So I reloaded all my info to the phone only to find out that the lock button doesn't work now and the camera still doesn't work (now every time I go into the camera the phone reboots).
I feel it is shocking that VodaCare could actually give me back my phone in a worse condition then what I left it there in.
Now I have the inconvenience of having to go back there and rebook it in.
Not to mention the time I lost reloading and setting the phone up again.
Shame on you...
