I BOUGHT MY PHONE ON THE 30/09/2013 after a month the camera and video plus video streaming was not working, i went back to the store for assistance and they told me they couldn't replace my phone for a new one. i went to blackberry store in eastgate they said the phone was faulty from manufactures. i then went back to the store to give my phone up for repairs on the 19/11/2013 and i was told it will take ten working days maximum. still today am still waiting.
* i am demanding my phone back in 24 hours
* it must be properly fixed or changed for a new one
* if that cant be done i want the contract cancelled and they can keep the phone i cant be paying for a phone i dont have.
