I went to the MTN repair centre in midrand Tuesday 21/01/2014 to book in my phone because the camera was not working, they booked in my phone and told me that because my screen was cracked on top they would quote me on fixing the camera which I didn't mind. The quote comes back and its R3100 because they don't want to fix my camera they just want to give me a refurbished phone again (its not the first time Mtn has given me a refurbished phone) I refused the phone asked to see the supervisor he then told me that the cost is for a refurbished phone I then told him they must just charge me on fixing my camera he then refused because its not policy. I asked to speak to the manager and she was unavailable they then told me (the supervisor) that she will call me as soon as she is available. Till today 24/01/14 I have not received a call from the manager. Can Mtn just fix my camera and leave my screen as I am upgrading in May.
