Staff cant comprehend how to take out contract?

I've been in contact with Autopage Brooklyn for the last 2 weeks.
I wanted to take out the Samsung S4 special that you are advertising on your website. I was assured that the port can be done any day. I called and sent my documents to Quinten, they accepted my documents but not once said to me that there is a cutoff for porting numbers. They said several times and different people in the store affirmed it. Now when I called asking whats the process, he said all in order, Then Quinton calls me and says that there is a deadline of 23 of every month for a port. This is gross incompetence if you ask me, Even the store manager Aneke never 1ce advised that a port cannot be done, do they sell cellular contract at Brooklyn Autopage. R they equipped with the info required to help customers. or R they smoking there socks there.
Seem to me like most autopage stores your people are untrained. Very unprofessional. Aneke promised to call me back, no reply from her, she certainly does not care about her customers.
its a simple every day thing I think your stored do, I am on a Vodacom contract that ended, The contract want to take out a new cellc on 0824386786.
