BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE!!!

Got a new Blackberry Q5 on contract from MTN - one month ago. The camera stopped working after two weeks. I had a look on the internet, and noticed that this is a known problem. I asked our driver on 30 December 2013 to take the phone to the mtn repair centre in PE. He returned with the phone, saying they can't see the imei number, because it is to small.
I went back to the repair centre on 4 January 2014, with the phone and box. When I got to the repair centre there were only customers waiting. Nobody to help. After 30 Minutes I went looking for somebody in the building. The third person I saw, said he'll try to find someone. They booked the phone in for repairs.
On Monday 6 January they phoned me and I had to go in again, and they replaced the phone with a new one. I went home and inserted the sim, but the phone could not see the sim.
On 7 January 2014 I took it to the Main office in Cape Road, and was told to book the new phone in again at the repair Centre.
