I was upgraded on my contract telefonically via upgrades department, all relevant documents was forwarded to vodacom and risk however I get no feedback from vodacom on this matter as it is quite critical I need to constantly phone them and yet they can not help me.
I am highly frustrated and irritated as this is going on for almost a month now and they telling me that it will still take another 2 weeks.
I can not afford this.
Vodacom is too casual about this and that is was me off big time.
I need this sorted ASAP or I will have to take further action against Vodacom for negligence.
