Why stay With Vodacom

I currently quality for an upgrade on my contract. I have made some numerous enquiries and every time I get same feedback. The contract which I want to switch over to I apparently do not qualify for although my monthly bill is thus far for two years more than what the monthly fee is for the new contract I want. I would please like to know how and why Vodacom can't give me the contract as it clear that I have been paying more every month. My next issue is the phone what I want Vodacom also don't want to give me on my contract, the cash payment which I need to make on the phone is half the selling price, which is ridiculous as the contract that I am on is not one of the cheapest that there are. Does Vodacom even care about their customers?
