4th time lucky?!?!?!

This is now the 4th report I'm posting on HelloPeter about this matter. In NOVEMBER i was told i was due for an upgrade, I still have not received my phone. It seems that the only way to get some sort of response from Vodacom is to post something here-Vodacom quick enough respond and call me back but little progress is actually made to getting my phone. 2 weeks ago was "the latest" i was to get my phone which was still a month and a half after I upgraded. They were out of stock of the colour I wanted even though the consultant said they had stock. Then they asked if they could give me the alternate colour because they had stock. About 2 weeks ago they said they needed a signed copy of my quotation and ID. These documents were sent to them and 2 weeks later and nearly 2 MONTHS since I upgraded and NO assistance has been acquired from Vodacom. The status of my upgrade still says they need a signed copy of my quotation and ID.This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Vodacom continuously apologises about the level of service but nothing is done. 6 emails have been sent to upgrades & customer care, NO response or assistance has been acquired from Vodacom. 2 MONTHS of hassles!!
