I used the Vodacom website to upgrade my cellphone contract. In stead of upgrading my existing contract, a new contract was created. I stared using the phone, but only realized a new account was created on the 11th of October when I received my invoice for the month. I raised a concern with vodacom and they said they will resolve the issue. A week later I still had no feedback from Vodacom. I had to raise another complaint and Vodacom promised to have the issue resoved by the 1st of November. Today is the 5th of November and Vodacom has still not upgraded or cancelled the new account.
