I am not paying anything anymore

I has a contract with Virgin mobile and they handed me over to Shabbire a collection company. I then made arrangements with them on the 8 August I then called them they advised me that the account is paid up and a settlement letter will be sent to me, which I have never received till today. Now I am handed over to another company called Dmc for another amount which I am not going to pay. I am really of with Virgin mobile
