I had a contract with Virgin Mobile which I ended in 2012 and there was an apparent amount outstanding which they never even contacted me about. I found this out in January and paid it. After numerous phone calls and battles I received a letter from Nthabiseng Mokgopha saying that my account has been paid up and my name cleared with bureaus. Today, 3 months after receiving that letter, do I find out that my name has not been cleared at ITC and nothing has been done from Virgin Mobile's side. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I keep phoning and get transferred from one person to the next, to no avail.
