!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!

I am currently at Vodacom, paid up my contract, and with my wife's at MTN, I decided to try MTN, it will be better for both of us to be at the same provider, 1st we stood in an cue at the Vaal Mall for 25 minutes, with my wife pregnant, and that she is getting tired standing for so long, we went to eat something hoping the cue will be shorter later on, it was and when we finally came to the front after standing another 25 min we were assisted by a lady called Ann at the Vaal Mall MTN branch, She simply said that we are too late, the system is offline, and that she has to catch her taxi in the next 20 min otherwise it's too late for her, all we wanted is for her to at least take our application in, she did not and she was rude and the other MTN salesman, Called Stefan, also did not wanted to assist us, we felt at least these people could ask their clients waiting in cue, what they were there for and could tell them if they could not be assisted because of systems going offline etc. instead of us waiting and wasting our time, we are disgusted by their service!!!
