After 3 months my Samsung Galaxy S4 stopped working (no damage to the phone it just kicked the bucket and stop charging). I purchased the phone on contract through MTN direct, and it has been working perfectly until now.
MTN say they will repair the faulty phone but it takes 3 weeks. Upon asking for a replacement phone I was given a cheap nokia with no charger. The lady told me it was the best they could do.
I cannot be phoneless for 3 weeks. My job requires that I have access to my emails and calender and be on call. I am now am forced to buy a new phone out of my own pocket because of a fault with Samsung.
Moral of the story don't buy a Samsung and don't do business with MTN in future.
