After cancelling a contract, once verbally, per telephone, and twice by official letter in the Virgin Mobile store in Bayside, Table View, I discovered that Virgin mobile had taken a judgement out against me for just over R200.00. After numerous telephone calls, I received a letter from Carlos Mukoyi of Virgin Mobile, on 1st March, 2013, apologising, and confirming that my account was not in arrears and that the account had been closed.
I have today discovered that once again, nine and a half months later, Virgin Mobile has handed over this same account, and I am once more being threatened with a judgement.
What is one to do about this?
