Please DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY CONTRACTS with this useless incompetent company. A year ago I asked for a settlement figure on my account, this took FOREVER as I kept getting told they were still busy with the recon.
Finally after MANY emails asking for the settlement figure I was given one which I then paid, only to find out Virgin mobile had listed me on ITC as having never settled the account!

I found this out a few months back when I applied for finance for a new car - they told me I was still listed on ITC as never having settled the account. I contacted Virgin Mobile and they couldn't care less really - so what if the records weren't updated - it wasn't their fault they claimed - even though the ITC Company said they never received the instruction form Virgin mobile. Anyway Virgin mobile confirmed the account was paid in full and sent me a letter stating that the account was paid and an instruction had been sent to the credit bureau to update the listing.

On Sunday I received a letter for a lawyer saying my virgin mobile account had been handed over. AFTER THEY SENT A LETTER IN AUGUST CONFIRMING THE ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INEPT, USELESS UNCARING COMPANY!
