I phoned their offices last week and got through to reception. Lady who answered said she is receptionist and her name is elma. Malan. According to all complaints i have read on hellopeter makes it clear she is a manager in the company but to me she said she is receptionist. I asked to speak to manager and she transfers meto a marelize kleyn who was very helpfull but when i asked her why elma would to me itwas clear she tried to cover for elma by focusing on my complaint. Why would a manager take calls at reception or why then about your position. I think she was not in the mood to help me and just transferred me to the other manager. She was rude as welland has no telephone etiquette so whatever her position is pls dont let her deal with clients.
Can marelize pls phone me again, i have a few questions and she is the only person who seems interested to help.
