All I can say is WOW

This is te firts time in my life that I have phoned a call centre, asked to speak to a manager and was phoned back within minutes of requesting a call back. Marelize (did not get her surname) phoned me back to attend to my enquiry and was so helpfull when I showed interest in applying for thei product! She was proffessional and a ray of sunshine to deal with! You are trully worthy of your position as customer service manager and I thank you for taking the time.
