I recently moved to elma park, edenvale. according to vodacom's website my physical address has 3G coverage and i should have no problem with network & signal etc, well we moved there and the most i get is edge or no service, my calls are dropped constantly, i cant connect to apps, internet or receive most sms`s etc etc untill i leave. i then logged a complaint and after numerous calls vodacom said they are in the process of putting up a tower close by, i asked how long it will take, they said can take 3 months can take 6 months, i then asked how long its been in planning... they said 3 years!!! i then said can they not help me? their response: no we cant if you are not happy we will cancel your contract for you!!! so vodacom obviously has no need or interest in me being a customer and shows no interest in helping me receive the service i am paying for!!!
