Unauthorised debit orde

Last year i brought the complain to the attention of Elma Malan of Platinum C3 for unauthorised debit order done, for account details please contact me on 072 940 9196, account phone is 0724244814. On the 21 November 2013 Elma Malan promised us on email that we will get our refund within the next 7 to 21 working days, which when we calculate the maximun working day, it lead us to believe that we will be paid by no later that 23 December 2013, which that date past by without any warning.

Further more to that we have made follow up on the 19 December 2013, 23 December 2013, 03 January 2014, & 07 January 2014 on email and we never got a respond. only on the 09 January 2014 she responded by saying she confirm the refund has been forwarded to financial depart, which raises a question of proffessionalism on the side of PLantinum C3 as to why only now the refund is forward to finance and yet we have were promised a refund which was due 23 December 2013. Since the last email, we have not heard from their finance department or Elma.

I am not impressed by this nature of the services
