My complaint was resolved by marelize. I was rather rude when i spoke to elma previously and wanted to phone her yesterday to apologise. Phoned recepton and was told she is not available. On a friday at 2h30. Nce again hadto speak to her subordinate marelize. How come senior management never available and i need to speak to middle management.
Can elma pls phone me and stop letting her juniors do her filthy work for her. That is what YOU get paid for my dea
